About Beau Korbe — Colorado Real Estate Agent & Veteran
Colorado has always been home for me. I grew up in the small town of Brush before moving south with my family when my dad’s job changed. Leaving home, I joined the military, which taught me skills and lessons I will always be grateful for.
During my service, I became interested in real estate as a way to build stability and generational wealth for my family. That interest turned into action. I bought and sold my own properties, became a landlord, worked with property management, ran short-term rentals, and handled major repairs. Through all of that, I learned the hard lessons, the hidden costs, and the opportunities people often overlook.
When I left the military, I returned to Colorado to pursue a career in real estate. I enjoy helping people navigate the market, whether they are buying their first home or adding another rental to their portfolio. My goal is to provide clear information, honest guidance, and a strategy that supports their long-term goals.
My approach is simple. Be honest. Be prepared. Work hard. Put the client first.

Nothing means more to me than family. One of the best parts of working in real estate is the freedom it gives me to be present with my family and make up for the time I missed in earlier years. My wife, Alex, and I have four awesome kids, and we spend as much time as we can outdoors. We love hiking, exploring Colorado, and enjoying everything this state offers.
